The problem with that poll is you can't find out how many folks are voting.
True, though I suspect we can assume the Surrey Now's website probably doesn't get quite the same sort of traffic as e.g. Drudge.
On the other hand, this one would have a slightly larger sample. One can only imagine the CBC's horror. hahaha ...
