Dan Russell Displays Classic Canerdian Little Brother Symptoms

Now, I was a long-time devoted listener to Dan's Sportstalk radio show. And I was as disappointed as anyone when CKNW, as part of their ratings plunge project, decided to cancel Dan.
But really, anyone following the US coverage of the Ottawa jihadi attack had to pick up on the genuine sympathy on the part of Americans.
But not Dan, Dan chose to fixate on:

Media differences? No US anchor I've heard has said; "in Ottawa, Ontario". It's always "in Ottawa, Canada".Not giving viewers enough credit?
