Authorities Plead for Calm as Thousands of Christians Riot, Demand Death of "Blasphemer"

Just kidding. Actually, the upside down church thing has been sitting there since 2005 without any of that sort of thing. Which of course, makes one wonder how this sort of thing would be received.

What's that you say? Art is better if its functional? Better yet if it helps people? How about the homeless? We can help them with an artistic statement along these lines.

What do you think?

It's long been known that one can do & say whatever horrendous things one wants to/about the Christian faith.

But say one offcolour word about some other faiths and lawsuits or riots happen.

Its amazing isn't it, how the likes of the Renaissance, the Enlightenment, The Age of Reason, the Great Awakening and the twentieth century have changed the thinking and behaviour of Christians.
Freedom of expression trumps any offense taken at works of "art" like the famous piss Christ or the upside down church in the ground.
What a pity a certain other religion chose to sit all that out.
