A vicious, unprovoked attack that leaves the victim unconscious, his jaw broken and so on, and it goes to this newly-hatched faux community court?
Are they serious?
Vancouver's community court is designed to be a farcical exercise in diverting drug addicts who are habitual criminals from canerduh's travesty of a justice system to non-existent detox and treatment.
The only place for this (alleged) waste of skin, if convicted, is prison.
